Back on My B.S.

This Unfiltered Pilsner is peppered with Independence hops throughout the brewing process, which leads to pleasantly floral aromas and flavors of stone fruit and lemon. The unfiltered-ness provides mouthfeel and subtle bread-like malt character, while finishing crisp and clean.

Colors of You

This hop forward Amber Ale subtly leads with strong citrus and fruit aromas coming from the Azacca and Cascade hops, while the malt blend selected provides a sturdy base for the hops to do their thing without being overpowering or overly bitter. Permanent Breeze

We stuffed this IPA with a generous portion of oats, and complimented that with an even more generous portion of Mosaic and Lotus hops. Aroma’s of orange, passionfruit, and fresh cut grass are met with a subtly nutty malt flavor, while finishing semi-dry.

Cowboy Glamping

We at The Post love the hop flavors created in this style of beer………….and we also like our beer filtered. So what we made is an IPA that is low […]
